Henry Heinemann

Administrator

Henry has a Masters in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a Degree in Health Care from St Joseph’s of Maine. He has always enjoyed assisting patients and residents who need extra care—helping them get back on their feet. He tries to interact with each resident every day, listening to their stories and life experiences. He intends to continue learning and growing in his role as an administrator, making Northern Manor a superior facility.

Stacey Esposito

Director of Social Work

Stacey attended Mercy College, where she graduated with a Degree in Behavioral Science. At Fordham University, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and holds a New York State license in Social Work. She has a deep respect for the elderly and disabled and feels they have much to offer the community. It has been the driving force in her life to assist them to get an optimum quality of life. Stacey takes a personal interest in each of the residents and is very proactive in her approach, developing individualized care plans for each resident according to their personal needs and goals.

Patricia Vallon

Director of Rehabilitation

Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University. Committed to helping the residents function at the best of their abilities, she does evaluations and treatments, pays social visits and works as an advocate. Patricia believes that success is a team effort—and she is thankful for the great team she works with and supports.

Andrew Machard

Activities Director

Andrew has a Bachelors in Social Justice for Geriatric Clients from SUNY Plattsburgh. He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Working as a volunteer and intern in skilled nursing homes from age 18, he has always valued working with residents and their families, listening and learning from their life stories. As Activities Director, he enjoys bringing out the creativity of the residents. Andrew designs programs that offer them the best outlets to display their talents.

Timothy Scott

Food Services Director

Timothy attended New York Restaurant School (NYU), where he received a degree in Culinary Arts Restaurant Management. He also earned an Associate in Applied Science Hospitality and Tourism from Rockland Community College. He spent over a year rehabbing from a car accident, and the experience inspired him to follow his passion for food, recognizing the importance of having great meals in rehab and skilled nursing facilities. He is dedicated to creating five-star meals every day for the residents.

For the absolute highest quality of care, Northern Manor staffs medical providers on each unit who stay in constant communication with leadership throughout the day. Team collaboration is our forte, and this commitment helps us maintain an unbeatable continuum of care.

Our team also works hard to keep therapies as consistent as possible, tracking all communications through an advanced electronic medical record system. This ensures immediate transmission of information across the entire care network.

Coronavirus Precaution

Per the New York State Department of Health revised visitation guidelines on February 22nd, 2021, facilities are required to be COVID-19 free and have no new staff or resident COVID-19 positive cases for a minimum of 14 days before renewing outside visitation. Additionally, there are specific guidelines regarding the number of visitors allowed at one time, dedicated space, infection control, and COVID-19 testing requirements for visitors.
